Then the LORD said to Satan. “Have you considered my servant Job? There is no one on earth like him: he is blameless and upright, a man who fears God and shuns evil.
For I will take you from among the nations; I will gather you from all countries, and I will bring you back to your own land. I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you of all you uncleanness and from your fetishes. And I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit into you; I will remove the heart of stone from your body and give you a heart of flesh; and I will put My spirit into you. Thus I will cause you to follow my laws and faithfully to observe My rules. Then you shall dwell in the land which I gave to fathers, and you shall be My people, and I will be your God.
Then saith he unto his disciples, “The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works so that no one can boast.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
